There is one app that comes close, Magic DOSBox I think - but while it has great mouse emulation, it doesn't have a proper joystick, so any game other than Point&Click stuff are basically useless. Even the frontends for DOSBox on PC don't expect you to know DOS commands.

Seriously, I may have the technical know-how to type a few DOS commands, but this is one of the most widely spread operating systems of the 90s emulated on one of the most widely spread operating systems of the new millennium - my casual gaming cousins would never figure out how to operate the DOSBox Turbo + DOSBox Manager combo, even if they tried, even though they do like plenty of the games you could run on it.
